New features & improvements

Main features

Standard Value Lists

We have noticed that customers often create and use the same value lists. Therefore, we have expanded our value list feature to include standard value lists. These lists are created based on pooled knowledge from various projects, as well as reference guides from SAP and DSAG. Now, every customer receives preconfigured value lists that they can adapt to their needs by either disabling or adding entries.

Infotype usage

When it comes to GDPR in an SAP system, one often thinks of infotypes. However, not all infotypes are equally critical to GDPR, nor does the customer use all of them. To provide an easier overview of which infotypes are in use, we added this information to all Testcases.

Result filtering

Depending on your department and the progress you’ve made on cleaning up your security findings, you may not want to see all of them. Therefore, we have added filter options that allow you to select findings based on category, status, and severity.

Individual Testcase Export

Within the delta, you can view changes to a specific Testcase over a specific time period. Previously, you could only download all changes for a specific target. Now, you can download changes for each Testcase individually. This makes it easier to distribute work across departments. The same feature applies to the result view as well.

Content

As always, we have updated all Testcases to check for the latest releases of components, kernels, and security patches for all available target types.

SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP

For this target type, two Testcases were added and thirteen Testcases were improved in terms of their policies and documentation. Several improvements were implemented in the area of: Support packages, Password security, Audit logging, Audit log configuration, Client security, Execution of critical reports, Authorization checks and Protection of sensitive information.
